FJVC Rec League ( Abbreviated)

Location: Tree of Life Christian Prepatory School 6050 Plank Road Fredericksburg, Va 22407

In this four week program, the goal of the Rec league is to learn new skills, improve your current skills, meet new friends, and enjoy participating in the sport of volleyball. Players will learn the basic skills and rules of the game using drill work and will gain knowledge of the court. League teams will have two practices during the week(1.5 hours each) This will consist of 45 minutes of skills and 45 minutes of match play each evening. Registration will end on May 7th. Practices will be on Monday and Tuesday each week starting May 12th through June 6th. Practice time would be 6:00 P.M.-7:30 P.M. or 7:30 P.M.- 9:00 P.M. Cost $140. T-Shirt included.

Note: It will say registering for Beginner/Intermediate but it’s the Abbreviated Rec League Program
